In a letter to its clients, the QTI Group says it has sold its human resources division, QTI HR, to Westchester, Illinois-based Tandem HR, a professional employer organization providing outsourced human resource services in the Midwest. The acquisition changes the QTI HR division name to Madison PEO and will allow the company to provide QTI clients with enhanced technology, products, and services including Tandem’s Employee Assistance Program and employment practices liability insurance. QTI Group Chairman of the Board Jay Loewi will become a member of Tandem HR’s board of directors and QTI Group President Tara Conger will become chief operating officer for Tandem and lead Madison PEO.
