Usona Institute, a nonprofit started by Bill Linton, CEO Promega Corp., plans a $60 million dedicated building in Fitchburg, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. The nonprofit was started to study the use of psychedelic drugs for depression and other mental health conditions. The new Usona headquarters near Promega’s Fitchburg campus is expected to be a 93,000-square-foot facility on 17 acres. The facility is expected to be open in 2024.
