FCS Plan B, the owner of the Lucky’s 1313 Brew Pub building at 1313 Regent St., is proposing an addition to the building that would add 63 apartments, according to a Wisconsin State Journalreport.
In the plan, three stories would be added above Lucky’s along with a bridge hallway connecting additional units and a rooftop community deck space. The project would also add 37 underground parking stalls, 23 surface stalls, and 95 bicycle stalls.
