The acquisition of Madison-based Propeller Health was completed in January. ResMed, a publicly traded, California medical device company, purchased Propeller Health for $225 million.
Propeller Health makes sensors that monitor a patient’s use of respiratory inhalers. It will continue to operate as a stand-alone company in Madison and San Francisco, with David Van Sickle continuing as co-founder/CEO, according to the Wisconsin State Journal report.
