Promega Corp., which recently completed a $120 million manufacturing facility in Fitchburg, is looking to grow even more. The biotech company broke ground July 10 on a $30 million, 100,000-square-foot manufacturing building at 5455 Nobel Drive in the Fitchburg Technology Center, which is expected to open in June 2015. The city of Fitchburg is providing $1.5 million in TIF to help fund specialized equipment.
