A SARS-CoV-2 antibody test developed by Madison-headquartered Promega Corp. has received the Conformitè Europëenne (CE) mark and is now available in Europe, according to a release from the company. The Lumit Dx SARS-CoV-2 Immunoassay is a qualitative diagnostic test intended to detect antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 in serum. The immunoassay is also available in the U.S. under a policy allowing developers of serological tests to make them available while awaiting Food and Drug Administration review.
