The bitter back-and-forth between Promega CEO Bill Linton and a couple of disgruntled shareholders heads to a Dane County courtroom in July, according to a Wisconsin State Journalupdate.
Nathan Brand and Ted Kellner filed suit in 2016 against Linton claiming he and the company’s board of directors have kept them from receiving a fair value for their stake in the company. Promega and Linton countersued.
Dane County Court Judge Valerie Bailey-Rihn will hear the case.
