Prochaska appointed to Park Bank board

Beth Prochaska, president and CEO of Potter Lawson, has been appointed to the board of directors of Park Bank, a Madison-based community bank.Prochaska, who joined Potter Lawson as a receptionist more 40 years ago and became its first female shareholder, also serves on the boards of Downtown Madison Inc., the Rotary Club of Madison, Fickett Structural, and The Madison Club. 

James Hegenbarth, president and CEO of Park Bank, cited Prochaska’s management experience with Potter Lawson, an architectural and interior design firm located in Madison. “Throughout her time with Potter Lawson, she has championed efforts to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners,” Hegenbarth states. “In her current role as president and CEO, Beth brings a perspective that will benefit the board and staff of Park Bank.”
