According to preliminary estimates, four Universities of Wisconsin (UW) branch campuses are seeing increased enrollment from last fall, and five are seeing declines, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Six of the 13 branch campuses have closed or are set to by the end of this school year. Declining enrollment has been cited as the primary reason for the closures. The remaining branch campuses include:

UW–Eau Claire Barron County, with an increased headcount from 463 to 522 students;

UW–Green Bay Manitowoc, with an increased headcount from 404 to 494 students;

UW–Green Bay Sheboygan, with an increased headcount from 435 to 440 students;

UW–Whitewater Rock County, with an increased headcount from 696 to 715 students;

UW-Platteville Baraboo/Sauk County, with a decreased headcount from 210 to 185 students;

UW–Stevens Point-Marshfield, with a decreased headcount from 283 to 158 students;

UW–Stevens Point-Wausau, with a decreased headcount from 364 to 286 students;

UW–Milwaukee at Waukesha, with a decreased headcount from 708 to 597 students and an anticipated closure at the end of the spring 2025 semester; and
-
UW-Oshkosh Fox Cities, with a decreased headcount from 563 to 453 students and an anticipated closure at the end of the spring 2025 semester.
Those numbers are subject to slight changes; final figures will be released later this fall.
