The Little Potato Company plant in DeForest celebrated its grand opening in late July to coincide with the Canadian company’s 20th anniversary.
The company, which produces small creamer potatoes ranging from three-quarters of an inch to 1 5/8 inch in size, currently employs over 100 workers in DeForest.
Its potatoes are also grown in Washington, California, and Missouri.
