Chicago-style hot dog restaurant Portillo’s will open in late 2021 at West Towne Mall, according to a statement from the company. The 7,800-square-foot restaurant will include seating for more than 180 guests indoors, along with an outdoor patio. The new location will also feature a triple-lane drive-thru. The menu includes Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches, char-grilled burgers, fresh salads, and chocolate cake.
