Portillo’s, a casual restaurant known for Chicago-style hot dogs and chocolate cake, announced that it will open its third Wisconsin restaurant later this year at 4505 East Towne Blvd. in Madison. The other two are in Brookfield and Greenfield.
Madison’s menu will also include a Badger Brat, according to a release.
