Eno Vino wine bar and bistro, with sweeping Capitol views from the top of the AC Hotel at 1 N. Webster St., is fighting the $125 million American Exchange project by Urban Land Interests, according to a report from the Wisconsin State Journal.
The proposed $125 million project, located between North Pinckney and Webster streets and along East Washington Avenue., would block the wine bar’s view of the Capitol. Eno Vino and North Central Group, the owner of the AC Hotel, are asking the Urban Design Commission to delay a decision to allow more public input and time to change the design. The commission considers the project on Nov. 4.
