Two poké-focused restaurants are soon to open in Madison. Poké is described as a healthier sushi bowl with customizable options beginning with poké, or high-quality raw fish.
According to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal, Milwaukee-based FreshFin Poké will open on the UW campus at 432 W. Gorham (the James Building) this summer.
Another restaurant, Poke Poke, opens at 600 Williamson St. on April 2.
