Owners of Good Food Low Carb Cafe at 4674 Cottage Grove Road announced they will no longer be operating the food carts Low Carb Cafe and Good Food, citing challenges from the COVID-19 shutdowns and vandalism to their carts, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report.
Married couple Melanie Nelson and Kory Seder stated that after 10 years of business, the last day the food carts will operate will be July 25.
