Chef Tory Miller, of L’Etoile, Graze, and Estrellón, is opening Miller Family Meat & Three from the bar side of his Estrellón restaurant, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report.
To start, the new restaurant will offer only carry-out and delivery and feature classic southern favorites such as baked and fried chicken, pork ribs, catfish, collard greens, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, and baked beans.
