The owner of a Williamson Street poke place is opening a second Willy Street restaurant, Artisan Dumpling & Tea House, at 904 Williamson St., according to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal.
Judy Zhu hopes to open the new eatery focused on dumplings and weekend dim sum by May after extensive remodeling of the old Fuegos space.
