The Wisconsin State Journal reported that a new condominium development is moving forward in Pleasant Prairie, following a review by the village’s Plan Commission.
The plan moves to the full Village Board next week.
The proposed residential condominium development would be located near 47th Avenue between Main Street and 104th Street.

The Lofts at Village Green oversee the project. It would be constructed on land originally planned for Sagewood Condominiums.
