Ground is set to be broken Friday, Dec. 11, on Platteville’s library block redevelopment project.
The redevelopment project located on Main, Pine, Elm, and Chestnut streets in Platteville includes a new 22,000-square-foot commercial space, which will house the Platteville Public Library, and a 72-room Holiday Inn Express. Also included in the project are 59 underground parking spaces and 37 surface parking spaces. The project is scheduled for completion in April 2017.
