The Madison Plan Commission unanimously recommended a proposal for a 10,000-sq.-ft. expansion of Pacific Cycle on Madison’s west side. The proposal called for the demolition of one single-family home and rezoning. The City Council takes up the issue on Feb. 26, and a three-quarters approval for the proposal will be required in order to proceed.
