After numerous tweaks and turns, Peloton Residences, a mixed-use project from T. Wall Enterprises, received unanimous approval from the Plan Commission to move forward.
The three-building complex, on 1.64 acres at the corner of Fish Hatchery Road and Park Street, will include 162 apartments and about 12,000 square feet of retail space, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.
The buildings will range from three- to five-stories in height, and offer a sixth-floor lounge, as well. Angus Young is the architecture firm.
