Pizza trailer plans permanent restaurant

The It’s Good For You pizza company, a side-hustle operating for five years at festivals and private events, is planning a permanent location on the north side of Madison, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. The partners are purchasing a building at 521 N. Sherman Ave., which houses a beauty salon. Pending city approvals and renovations, the plan is to open the new restaurant, Mio Fratello, by April of 2022. Popular pizza dishes from the company include a breakfast pizza with eggs and a pizza bianca with goat cheese, spinach, cherry tomatoes, and basil.
