Toppers Pizza is working with a Wisconsin-based vegan chef to create a new vegan menu for the national pizza chain, according to the company. Chef Melanie Manuel is developing several new house pizzas including vegan buffalo chicken-less pizza and vegan Tuscano pizza. Toppers is expected to roll out the new menu in October.
