New barbecue spot Pink Heifer will host its grand opening on March 3.
The restaurant, located at 567 State St., in the same development as Colectivo Coffee and Raising Cane’s, will serve Texas-style brisket and other barbecue staples like man ‘n’ cheese.
The Pink Heifer is under the same ownership as the Pink Heifer Saloon and Smokehouse in Monticello.
