Admitting they may have bitten off more than they could chew, John Pickle and his wife, Jennifer St. Cyr, owners of Pickle Jar Café, have closed their Pickle Jar restaurant after seven months.
According to a Wisconsin State Journalreport, business was inconsistent, and bills quickly piled up. They sold their Pickle Jar food cart, which they’d operated for four years, and Pickle is now a chef at Rockhound Brewing Co. on Park Street.
