New Glarus Hotel & Yodel Room, as it will be called, is one of three businesses forming a trio of new or expanded ventures leading the New Glarus area’s growth and bolstering its status as a tourist destination — all while staying true to its Swiss roots. In addition to the renovated hotel, which is scheduled to open in November, is the fine dining restaurant Canter Inn, a new addition as of last October. At the same time, New Glarus Brewing is expanding its “Hilltop” brewery, slated to open next summer.
