Phillip C. Stark, 94, former president of Stark Company Realtors, passed away last week. Stark is the father of David Stark, current president, and one of a long line of Starks in the family-owned real estate business. He served as president of the local real estate firm from 1965 to 1989, when David took over. He is survived by his wife, Jane, their three sons, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at Cress Funeral Service in Middleton from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 21. A memorial service will take place on Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 326 S. Segoe Road, with a visitation at the church beforehand beginning at 10 a.m.
