MadCat, a local Madison pet store, will be moving its 1012 Williamson St. store a few blocks north to 1525 Williamson St., to the former Brew & Grow location. Brew & Grow closed earlier this year.
According to a report in the Wisconsin State Journal, the local shop will be expanding from its current 900-square-foot location to 4,500-square-feet once renovations are completed. The new store is expected to open early next year.
MadCat has three locations currently, and is mulling a fourth in the area.
