A new Peruvian restaurant called Pikkito opened in Middleton last month, according to The Capital Times. The casual spot is located at 3301 Parmenter St., most recently a Brazilian café called Tacuma.

Pikkito serves rotisserie chicken and many Peruvian favorites. Customers can order takeout or dine inside. Hours are 11 a.m.–9 p.m. weekly.

Owners Daniel and Esmeralda Rodriguez opened the Inka Heritage restaurant on Madison’s Park Street in 2007 and the campus-area Estacion Inka in 2016. They closed the former restaurant and sold the latter to the Pezua siblings, who still operate it at 616 University Ave.
