Further evidence of reincarnation exists with the reopening of Pegasus Games on Black Friday, thanks to a couple of gamers who wouldn’t let it die.
The 39-year-old store had closed in early November after its owners could not find a buyer, but game aficionados Patrick Shultz and Denis Zdanovsky decided to step up, according to an article in the Wisconsin State Journal. So, instead of becoming a relic of the past, Pegasus Games will have new life at 6640 Odana Road in the Market Square Shopping Center.
Shultz and Zdanovsky are hardly a couple of business or gaming neophytes. Schultz has prior business experience managing resorts, and Zdanovsky spent a good chunk of his youth playing tabletop games at Pegasus and landed his first job there.
