Madison-based PBE Jobbers Warehouse Inc. has been acquired by National Oak Distributors Inc., according to a story from AutobodyNews.com. PBE Jobbers, a paint body and equipment wholesaler, was purchased by National Oak, an automotive paint, body, and equipment warehouse distributor headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
