Middleton officials recently celebrated the “topping off” of the fourth floor of Parmenter Circle’s phase-two luxury apartment building on the Parmenter Street roundabout. The first phase was completed in 2007.
The 74-unit phase-two addition is scheduled to open by Aug. 1. Among its features will be studio and two-bedroom apartments, underground parking, a bike storage and repair area, a car and pet wash area, and rooftop solar panels. Knothe & Bruce Architects has handled the building’s environmentally sustainable design.
