HBO’s streaming service, which has changed from HBO Go to HBO Now, to HBO Max and then Max before returning to HBO Max, could once again change its streaming platform’s name.
If Paramount Skydance’s acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery is approved by regulators, Paramount+ and HBO Max will combine into one streaming service, CNBC reported.
Paramount recently bid $31 per share for Warner Bros. Netflix, originally the frontrunner to purchase part of the company, backed out.
