Husband and wife Jon Nodler and Samantha Kincaid, the award-winning former chefs of a top Philadelphia restaurant, Cadence, will cook dinner Wednesday night at The Kitchen restaurant at Paoli’s Seven Acre Dairy, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.
Nodler became Rule No. One’s culinary director in 2021 and is a partner and chef at Amara. Kincaid has been working at Seven Acre for 16 months and is the back-of-house manager.
The 38-seat Cadence revival kicks off the first night of Seven Acre’s wine dinner series. Tickets are available online.
