Landmark Creamery will open soon in Paoli next to the former Paoli Pub & Grill location and across from Cluck The Chicken Store.
The new business owners, Anna Landmark and Anna Thomas Bates, will package and age craft cheese made primarily from sheep’s milk, and add a café and retail, as well.
