Eleven nonprofits, including organizations in Dane County, will receive $1.75 million in grants from the Green Bay Packers Foundation, according to WMTV15. The grants were set to be announced at a Lambeau Field luncheon on Monday.
The funds will support community-focused organizations and a variety of projects. Specific focus areas in 2025 include animal welfare, civic and community engagement, the environment and health and wellness.
The grant program began in 2013, and since that time, the foundation has awarded $11.9 million in grants to organizations centered on education, homelessness, children and families and more.
