The owner of Madison-based Weathersealed Wisconsin and his wife are facing a felony charge of theft by a contractor, according to a report from WKOW ABC-27. Owner Tyler Hansen and his wife Jennifer Hansen were both charged in Dane County court Wednesday.

Court records show both Tyler, 51, and Jennifer, 42, were charged with theft by a contractor of an amount between $10,000–$100,000 as a party to a crime.

This is the latest in a long list of complaints against Weathersealed, with customers alleging the company has repeatedly failed to complete work after being paid and it will not return calls or issue refunds.
