Shaina Robbins Papach and Joe Papach, the owners of Harvey House on West Washington Ave., will be opening a new restaurant, Butterbird, this fall, the Capital Times reports.
The Butterbird space, which will be located at 1134 Regent St. and feature a casual atmosphere, will be around 7,000 square feet, with around a 100-person indoor capacity and 40-person patio capacity. Home Studios, Brooklyn-based designers, and Supreme Structures will complete work on the space.
The menu is still in development, but Butterbird has plans for a rotisserie and liquor license application.
