A new corner store at 106 S. Webster street in downtown Madison will offer a menu of sandwiches, take-and-bake products and other to-go items, Madison Magazine reports. Owners Dino Maniaci and Jason Hoke, who also own King Street’s Woof’s and D’Vino, established Dinotto in April on the back of the D’Vino to help accommodate the casual fine dining spot’s increased volume and carryout needs.
The former Cousins Subs sandwich shop that houses Dinotto now has an enlarged kitchen and an added retail storefront. The shop offers Italian classics like muffuletta, meatball grinder, caprese and chicken and eggplant Parmesan. Take-home options include lasagna, imported pastas, canned tomatoes, meats, cheeses, wine, olive oil, Madison Sourdough bread, gelato and more. Dinotto also serves house-made Italian pastries, salads and sauces.
