Hawk Sullivan, 51, the owner of Fitchburg’s Atomic Koi, is opening another Fitchburg cocktail bar, Rusty Bee Lounge, two miles away, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. Sullivan plans to open the business in late June in a new apartment development from Avante Properties at 5134 E. Cheryl Pkwy., called “The Arlo.”
The 2,300-square-foot Rusty Bee will have an open space in front with a planned use for live music, movies, and food trucks. Like Atomic Koi, the bar will offer light snacks.
Sullivan also owns Jade Monkey and Hawk’s Bar & Grill.
