Overture welcomes new chief marketing and communications officer

Overture Center’s executive leadership team announced in a recent press release the addition to the team of Jenie Dahlmann as chief marketing and communications officer. Dahlmann joins the organization on Wednesday, July 5.

Dahlmann will be an equal member of the executive leadership team and oversee the strategy and performance of marketing, communications, and ticketing.

Dahlmann comes to Madison by way of Los Angeles, where she served most recently in the role of director of marketing and engagement at the Younes and Soraya Nazarian Center for the Performing Arts.

Previously, she served as the interim VP of marketing and communication and senior director of marketing and communication for the San Diego Symphony.

Dahlmann also served in senior marketing and communication roles with Interlochen Center for the Arts, Amway Corp., Petco Inc., and Borders Group Inc. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
