The Overture Center Foundation Development Committee has made the decision to sunset the Frostiball gala, a fundraiser the organization has been holding since 2005.
The promotional and fundraising event originated in 1987 by Downtown Madison Inc. and was held at the Wisconsin State Capitol until moving to Overture Center in 2005.
In 2013, Overture Center took over and used the event to raise funds for its educational and community programs. Frostiball attracted an average of 1,500 guests each year.
