The publishers of the Daily Reporter, a Milwaukee-based construction newspaper, awarded the 2015 Developer of the Year honors to Otto Gebhardt III of Gebhardt Development.
Gebhardt Development has been instrumental in redeveloping Madison’s Capitol East District. Gebhardt Development has completed the Constellation, a 220-unit, high rise, and construction is underway on a larger and more sustainably designed mixed-use project, the Galaxie, which will contain a full-service grocery store, among other projects.
