John Kasich, Ohio’s governor, says his state continues to pursue Foxconn, and evidently Virginia is doing the same.

In a speech on Ohio’s economy, Kasich said representatives from different areas of the state met with Foxconn officials in Asia.

“It’s not going to take us 40 years to make back the investment we make,” Kasich was quoted saying, apparently criticizing Wisconsin’s deal, which reportedly wouldn’t break even until at least 2042.

“We don’t buy deals,” he said.
