Jinal and RK Patel are opening a second Original Steaks and Hoagies on Thursday at 723 N. High Point Road, the Wisconsin State Journal reported.
They already operate one in Waunakee at their Citgo gas station.
It will open next to New Seoul Korean restaurant in a shopping area anchored by Madison Public Library’s Alicia Ashman branch.

The restaurant chain, which started in Philadelphia, has 24 restaurants, and Madison’s will be the fourth in Wisconsin.
