A new art lounge, Bad Art Co., recently opened at 787 N. Main St., Suite 105, in the village of Oregon, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. The business, which emphasizes inclusivity, was opened by Emma Dehlinger, an artist with a background in art therapy.
Bad Art Co. has seven employees and one instructor who is an independent contractor. It offers art classes and workshops, plans to host live music and DJs, and has a room that can be rented by the hour. The business also has a gallery featuring the work of local artists and a bar with mocktails and coffee drinks.
The roughly 2,000-square-foot space has a 275-person capacity.
