Oregon Community Bank & Trust was released from an order by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago to strengthen its management structure and credit risk policies and to develop a succession plan. The bank recorded $161.3 million in assets in the quarter ending Sept. 30.
Between 2009 and 2011, OCBT recorded three years of net losses, but showed positive gains in 2012, with $2 million in net income for the first three quarters.
