Oregon restaurant Ziggy’s BBQ Smokehouse & Ice Cream Parlor closed for good on Sunday, the Wisconsin State Journal reports. Mike Zieglemeier, who owns the restaurant at 135 S. Main St. with his wife, Teri, has taken over food operations at Wet Bottoms Bar & BBQ in Edgerton and says it has been doing better than Ziggy’s.
After running Wet Bottoms, located at 723 E. Ellendale Road, for two years, Zieglemeier says they will expand its offerings to include pizza as well as barbecue, like they had with Ziggy’s. Zieglemeier also plans to add a weekend breakfast during the summer.
