A 65% rent increase from a new landlord was too much for Opus Lounge owner Mandy Arnold, who announced that she would be closing the cocktail and tapas location at 116 King St. at the end of October.
Arnold has owned the business for 10 years and felt it was time to take a break, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.
