Operation Fresh Start releases yearly program stats

Statistics released from Operation Fresh Start (OFS) highlight impacts from the program year spanning Oct. 1, 2020, through Sept. 30, 2021. According to the organization, OFS served 218 participants. Twenty-five program participants earned pre-apprenticeship certifications, 49 earned driver’s licenses, and 81% of the Legacy program participants earned their high school diploma.
